Retail Ordering Deadlines

Please review the guidelines below for shipping dates and ordering sausage A La Carte. Orders being sent to states within 1,000 miles from Milwaukee, WI will generally be shipped via U.P.S. ground delivery service. Orders shipped to all other states (including AK, AZ, CA, FL, HI, ID, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT and WA) will be shipped using FedEx® 2-Day service.

Please remember that sausage is a perishable food item. The Elves go to great extremes to make sure that the product is protected while being shipped to you. It is also why we pay so much attention to exactly when and how an order can be shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the following Monday.

Orders received Friday through Sunday are usually shipped the Second Monday following receipt of the order. (It's not that the Elves are poky... they need the time to assemble and freeze your special order before shipping it to you.)

If you request a specific date, we will attempt delivery as close as possible to your specified arrival date. Due to varied schedules in delivery services, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.
