Shipping and Handling

• We can ONLY take orders on this Web Site for shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call (800) 558-9998 and ask for our Retail Department.

• We guarantee deliveries in good condition to correct addresses only. Please be certain all addresses are current, complete, and correct. If the address provided is incorrect, an additional charge will be billed to you when we reship the gift.

• We'll attempt delivery as close as possible to your specified arrival date. Due to varied schedules in delivery services, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.

• Please remember that our products are perishable. Due to distance and the length of time for your order to arrive, we find it necessary to require shipping via FedEx^® to certain areas of the country.

• Where necessary your order will be packed in dry ice to offer extra protection during shipping.

• Packaging and handling charge...$5.40 per shipping carton

• Delivery charges are based on distance and weight of package.

• We are unable to accept orders to foreign countries, including Canada.
