to 3 onions, sliced and simmered 10 Usinger's Fresh Bratwurst, grilled |

oz. beer |
| Sauce: |
1 C. chili
sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 C. catsup
2 T. vinegar

tsp. salt
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika |
| Put
onions and sauce ingredients in cooker. Add beer and sausage and
heat. Serve hot. This sauce is great with any link sausage item.
For company, double or triple the recipe. |

1 small onion, chopped fine |
1/2
C. sour cream (4 T.) - add a little more to change consistency
if desired |

| "This
recipe has always been a crowd pleaser - during the holidays, or
just a weekend party dish. It is simple and easily prepared the
night before. It is especially a pleaser for those who are not sure
they care for the taste of liver. The onion and liver combination
if left overnight really blends well to bring out the good liver
flavor." |

Frankfurters |
| 1-1/2
Ibs. Usinger's Frankfurters
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
2 T. butter
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
4 T. lemon juice |
1
C. catsup
3 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 T. prepared mustard
1/2 C. water
1/2 C. chopped celery |
| Brown
onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Prick skins of frankfurters well. Arrange in shallow pan and pour
prepared sauce over them. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350°
oven. |

| Italian
Sausage and Zucchini Stir-Fry |
1
Ib. Usinger's Fresh Italian Sausage, sliced
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 C. chopped, peeled tomatoes
4 C. shredded unpared zucchini
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce |
1/4
tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese |
| Brown
sausage, add onions, and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients,
except Parmesan Cheese. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese. |

served with green salad or jello mold and bread. Serves 4. |
