Our Sausage Shop

Our "turn of the Century" Sausage Shop is located at 1030 N. Old World 3rd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53203. This is the same location as our manufacturing plant plus the headquarters for our Elves. We are located in a Historic District, in the heart of downtown, along the banks of the Milwaukee River. Our charming neighborhood is a mix of retail and restaurants. This has been our home since 1880.

When you visit our shop, it's like stepping back in time to another era. The tile floors, marble counters and wood beams have been in place since the turn of the century. A border mural depicting the Elves hard at work making sausage has been in place since 1906. These murals were painted by George Peters. Best of all... is the wonderful aroma of all the varieties of sausage when you enter the store. It's guaranteed to whet your appetite!

Our store is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays plus the major holidays (even the Elves need some rest). Otherwise, the Elves are ready and waiting to help you with your sausage cravings.

Many folks inquire if we are able to give tours. Unfortunately we do not because of food sanitation requirements.
