This Sauerkraut , is very mild and not sour or vinegary just right flavor is a good partnering with Weisswurst and other Bratwurst sausage. Follow the directions simmer with water or chicken broth for 15 minutes . I find you can put the Weisswurst in the pot and covered and simmer for, 3 -4 mins.Remove Weisswurst and Sauerkraut and eat with some stone ground inglehoffer mustard
