Fresh brats saved our Christmas tradition

We have been buying fresh brats from Usingers since 1998. Our family tradition is having brats and pumpernickel bread on Christmas morning. When our local German Market closed trying to find the right brat, here in NY, was impossible, until I came upon Usingers while visiting Milwaukee. Their brats have replaced our hometown favorites. Usingers brats saved our Christmas tradition. Their fresh brats are incredible.
