Kishka

While shopping for a Holiday Ham, at Alwins Butcher Shop, in Peoria Illinois, I noticed your product of Kishka (with blood). Being a native Michigander and raised on the local (Detroit) Kowalski Sausage brand, I had low expectations and have been disappointed many times by other brands. Surprise Suprise, your product is excellent, it may have even exceeded my expectations. The mixture is right on, and cooking was easy! Thank You for keeping a Tradition alive!

I am not saying I am old but it has been forever in my taste bud memory. I have tried to recreate it myself and almost succeded but then a facebook friend pointed me in the direction of Usingers a couple of years ago. Taste was spot on....my "grail" was found. Thank you Usingers
