Smoked Pork Shoulder Butt

In my Milwaukee home, I grew up having Smoked Butt sliced on potato rolls with lettuce and mustard. When I visited Montreal, Canada, I found it in shops advertising Red Meat Sandwiches. I hope to eat it again this Christmas in San Diego, California. It was once a poor man's meal and now it's a delicacy.

This was a family favorite when I was a child in Chicagland. It was my kids' favorite when we lived in Louisiana. Now my granddaughter in Washington DC loves it.
