Ordering & Shipping
The minimum weight for each order is 6 lbs. of product (does not have to be all of one item). We will contact you with accurate shipping costs if your order exceeds 40 lbs.
We can only ship to locations within the United States.

Holiday Shipping Information
During the Christmas season all gifts ship to any state (except Alaska and Hawaii) for $12.99 per gift (does not apply to Shipping Included gifts). To qualify for $12.99 shipping orders must be received by the deadlines listed. After deadlines, gifts may still ship using Fedex® 2-Day for $39.99 per gift, as long as the order is received by December 16th. Gifts sent to Alaska and Hawaii always ship Fedex® 2-Day for $39.99.
For shipments at times other than Christmas, gifts sent to most states (Areas B, C and D) will ship for $12.99 per gift. Gifts sent to some states (Areas E and F) may have to be shipped via Fedex® 2-Day delivery service for $39.99 per gift. The method of shipment is dependent upon the weather and the area to which the gift is being shipped. Include a daytime phone number so we may notify you if the gift must be shipped via Fedex® 2-Day.
We’ll attempt delivery as close as possible to your specified arrival date. Due to varied schedules in delivery services and the perishability of our product, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.

Standard Shipping Information
During the months of January to November, most gifts will be shipped via United Parcel Service ground delivery service for $12.99 per gift. However, gifts being shipped to AK, AZ, CA, FL, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA and WY must be shipped using FedEx® 2-Day service due to distance and perishability for $39.99 per gift.
We ship on Mondays to most states. If your gift is being shipped to WI or one of the immediate surrounding states, it will be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Also, FedEx® shipments are made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If you request a specific date in the “Comments” section, we will attempt delivery as close as possible to your desired arrival date. However, due to varied schedules in delivery services, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.

Standard Shipping Information
Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the following week. Orders received Friday through Sunday are usually shipped the second week following receipt of the order. (It's not that the Elves are slow ... they need time to assemble and freeze your special order before shipping it to you.)
Shipping charges for deli orders will be determined based on the area, location and weight.
